Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.
After taking our two-day MHFA course you will be able to:
- Recognise the symptoms and signs of mental health issues
- Be able to approach, assess and assist a person who may want you to listen or who may need information
- Guide a person appropriately towards appropriate professional help
