Work Stress Solutions was set up with the mission to help elevate the weight of work-associated any vulnerability including mental health challenges. Life throws curve balls at us sometimes and for some, a change in management at work or a sudden loss of confidence can just be too much to handle. We understand – we’ve been there, and you’d be surprised just how many have felt exactly how you’re feeling. And the good news? We’re here to help! Whether you want to build your confidence through therapy, some guidance on what training you might need for a new career or fancy developing your skills, we’re confident we can help out! 

We’re an Epsom-based charity covering the county of Surrey, supported purely by grants and donations and offer services to support individuals aged 16 and over.
